Controlling Ingredient Quality & Quantity

Requirement:
To check sieve ingredients, for a specialist sausage manufacturer, into pre weighed portions for dispensing into sausage mix.

Operation:
Hand fed by operator. Discharge into weigh process below.

Solution:
Provided Sievmaster 500-S on a special stainless steel stand to allow it to locate over a weigh platform. Ingredients hand fed into sieving compartment and allowed to discharge to pre weighed container. Required weight topped up from a pre-sieved batch by hand at end of fill.

Result:
Simple means of controlling ingredient quality and maintaining accurate recipe quantities.
